About the Support Category

Ask (and answer) support questions about all aspects of WordPress development. Here is the place to ask for help and advice for your projects. From newbie questions about installation to professional help on coding — all members of all skill levels are welcome.

This is the parent Support category, and you can only post your topic in one of its subcategories. If there is no subcategory for your topic, post it in General. The Admins will create new subcategories and reorganize topics as needed.

Note: Do not use this category if you only want to share some WordPress tips. Instead, you can write articles for the Knowledge Base using the Knowledge and Tools & Resources categories.


Tips: It is best practice to use a clear topic title that describes briefly the summary of your question or problem. For example, “WordPress fails to load after the latest update of XYZ plugin.” In the topic body, provide as much information as possible about your issue, so that others can try to replicate it if needed, while keeping your content as concisely as possible.

When your question is answered, or when your problem is solved, please mark as the “Solution” the reply that has helped you the most. Use the :white_check_mark: Solution button.
